Site Manager / Construction Foreman (m/f)

Your responsibilities

• ongoing supervision of employees and subcontractors carrying out earthworks - soil replacement;
• responsibility for task completion according to the adopted work schedule;
• ensuring compliance of performed works with technical documentation and applicable standards;
• acceptance and inspection of performed works in terms of quantity, quality, and set deadlines;
• settlement of works, materials, subcontractors;
• cooperation with other members of our team.

Our requirements

• at least secondary technical education;
• at least one year of professional experience in road (soil replacement) or hydrotechnical projects as a manager or foreman;
• experience in managing a team of employees and subcontractors;
• ability to plan and organize individual stages of construction works;
• ability to manage material and equipment resources;
• knowledge of methods and techniques used in road projects;
• knowledge of OHS regulations and principles.

• knowledge of AutoCad.
