Your responsibilities

• Supervision and coordination of construction works;
• Ensuring compliance of carried out works with: schedules, building law, technical documentation, principles of building science and art, and OHS principles;
• Control of the correctness of technical documentation, cost estimates, acceptance protocols, and settlements;
• Supervision and control of the ongoing construction in terms of technical aspects and the implementation of modern technologies in this process;
• Supervision of work quality.

Our requirements

• Relevant higher education – Master of Science in Civil Engineering;
• Possession of construction qualifications in the structural-building industry without limitations;
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Auto CAD, and cost estimating software;
• Highly developed analytical skills;
• Interpersonal skills, ability to manage a subordinate team and coordinate their work;
• Independence and ability to work under time pressure;
• Driving license category B.
