Your responsibilities

• Fulfilling obligations arising from building law.
• Ensuring compliance with OHS requirements.
• Planning, organization, and supervision of general construction works.
• Participation in the development and management of the work schedule and procurement schedule.
• Full cooperation with the construction manager, trade works managers, and contract manager.
• Participating in inspections and partial and final acceptance procedures (including in the process of obtaining occupancy permit).
• Control and management of subcontractor settlements and construction documentation.

Our requirements

• Experience in a similar position in a large, reputable organization.
• Building license for unlimited management in the structural-construction specialization.
• High interpersonal skills.
• Experience in industrial construction.
• Proactive attitude and commitment to contract matters.
• Knowledge of MS Office programs (MS Project, Excel, Word), Autodesk AutoCAD.
• Ability to create work schedules.
• Driving license category B.
• Willingness to work within a maximum of 150 km from your place of residence.
