Security Area Manager [M/F]
Workplace: ŁebaYour responsibilities
- Supervising the execution of services and ensuring compliance with procedures
- Maintaining personnel and contractual documentation
- Ensuring service quality and continuously monitoring team performance
- Recruiting and organizing the work of security personnel, managing working hours, and monitoring attendance
- Preparing reports and operational documentation
- Maintaining contact with clients and responding to ongoing operational needs
- Coordinating security activities and responding to situations requiring intervention
Our requirements
- Ability to manage a team and organize the work of subordinate employees
- Entry on the KPOF list
- Stress resistance, responsibility, independence
- No criminal record and availability
- Computer proficiency
- Category B driving license required
- Weapons permit - a plus
