Sales Point Manager (m/f)

Your responsibilities

• Achieving sales plans (individual and team) at the Plus and Polsat Box point of sale
• Active sales and promotion of the full range of products offered to customers in the Sales Point
• Ensuring the highest level of customer service based on current standards
• Comprehensive management of the sales team
• Planning and implementing activities to improve sales and quality results
• Ensuring the proper functioning and image of the store
• Recruiting and onboarding employees

Our requirements

• You have at least a secondary education
• You have experience in a sales position
• You are focused on achieving ambitious business goals and want to succeed
• You take on challenges and inspire others to achieve goals
• You want to have a real impact on your work and its results
• You have highly developed organizational and communication skills
• You can effectively build a team and a work atmosphere
• You are eager to learn new things and adapt flexibly to situations

• Experience in a similar position managing a sales team

Time allocation

• 50% Active sales and customer service
• 30% Management of the subordinate team
• 20% Other activities

• Fixed salary and a motivational system dependent on results (the indicated range includes: basic salary + bonuses and incentives for the required performance level, with maximum bonuses and incentives not being quantitatively limited, you decide how much you earn).
