Job description Close cooperation with the Product Owner in identifying business requirements Making decisions in the context of the implementation method for individual requirements Ensuring consistency of solutions between modules Identifying technical dependencies, potential obstacles, and blockers in the context of future development Indicating opportunities for reusing specific components between functionalities Supporting Tech Leads in planning work sequences Motivating, monitoring, and increasing the efficiency of developers in production teams Identifying necessary competencies Monitoring the progress of technical work versus plans Identifying and solving technical problems, escalating in justified cases; Participation in meetings – Daily + Ref + Status meetings + Retro, supporting the implementation of conclusions from Retro Enforcing the execution of technical tasks in the project environment Executing tasks resulting from the project risk mitigation plan Operational management of technical deployments (including preparation at an earlier stage, e.g., environment management) Ensuring the currency of technical documentation and adherence to standards Support in procurement procedures: technical input, coordination of technical involvement, participation in the tender process Supporting, synchronizing with IT Architects, and reporting to the technical project manager Requirements experience in a similar role in technology projects understanding and application of architectural and design patterns, knowledge of technologies: OKD, Angular 21, Java 21, Camel 4.8, Camunda 7/CIB7, WSO2 Micro Integrator v4.4.0 ability to design, recognize problems, define them, and propose solutions, experience in designing IT systems for organizations ability to translate requirements and analysis results into a proposed solution concept, inquisitiveness in problem-solving, ability to connect facts, seeking the core in analytical products (inquiring what is actually expected). knowledge of the insurance industry, especially claims and compensation handling, is a plus We offer cooperation based on an employment contract hybrid work optional medical package
