Project Manager

For our Client, we are looking for a Project Manager. Your role in the project: you are responsible for the coordination and execution of IT projects from a technical perspective. You collaborate with development teams, architects, analysts, administrators, and testers to deliver solutions on time. You plan, coordinate, and monitor the execution of technical work, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with project requirements. You identify technical risks, inter-system dependencies, and initiate actions to minimize their impact on the project. You support the preparation of estimations, schedules, deployment plans, and migrations. You organize and conduct project meetings and technical workshops. You collaborate with the business project manager, supporting the translation of business requirements into technical solutions. You report on the status of work execution, key risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and management. You coordinate the activities of multiple teams and vendors involved in project execution. You support the resolution of ongoing project issues and the removal of obstacles affecting project delivery. Requirements: You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project execution, including experience in coordinating technical teams' work. You are familiar with the software development and maintenance process and understand issues related to system integration, solution architecture, and deployments. You can effectively plan and coordinate work conducted in parallel by multiple teams. You can identify technical risks, project dependencies, and effectively manage them. You can conduct communication with both technical teams and business representatives. You possess strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. You are familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practical aspects of IT project management. You are familiar with Jira, Confluence, and tools supporting project planning and reporting. You use the English language at a level enabling smooth collaboration in a project environment. Nice to have: • PMP, PRINCE2, PSM, PSPO, or AgilePM certification. • Experience in projects related to data platforms, system integrations, or cloud solutions. • Experience collaborating with external IT vendors.
