Project Manager

The Software for Leasing Department deals with the design, creation, and implementation of specialized software for financial institutions, particularly dedicated to the leasing industry and vehicle fleet management. Our solutions are distinguished by five basic features: functionality, reliability, flexibility, ease of use, and work efficiency. Our main product is the LEO System - a comprehensive program supporting leasing and CFM companies in all areas, especially in operational, financial-accounting, sales, and fleet management. Our clients include BMW Financial Services Poland, Toyota Leasing Poland, Volkswagen Financial Services. The work is mainly stationary at the office in Warsaw, with the possibility of remote work 1 day a week after the onboarding period. Tasks: independent, effective, and comprehensive project management (documentation, scope, budget, resources, risks), responsibility for developing the project implementation schedule and implementing the action plan, representing the Company towards clients, subcontractors, and external institutions, building positive relationships with internal and external clients, defining and continuously monitoring assigned tasks, maintaining project documentation, budgeting and supervising financial execution, reporting. Expectations: higher technical education, min. 2 years of experience in a similar position (in IT/finance/banking industry), experience in independent management of development and implementation projects, experience in independent preparation of project documentation, experience in creating strategies, improving procedures, experience in implementing projects using SCRUM/Agile methodology, knowledge of English at a level that allows for free conversation, good knowledge of MS Office, ability to establish and build client relationships, ability to organize, moderate, and conduct project meetings and client meetings, ability to organize own work and manage time, responsibility and independence, knowledge of MS Project/Jira/Confluence - a plus, Project Management certification e.g., PMP, Prince2 - a plus.
