We are currently looking for someone for the position of: IT Project Manager Location: remote Cooperation form: B2B Rate up to 120 PLN/h net + VAT We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who will be responsible for the comprehensive management of IT projects implemented throughout their entire lifecycle – from planning, through implementation, to project completion. We are looking for someone with experience in managing large IT ventures, capable of effectively coordinating team work and collaborating with business stakeholders. Scope of responsibilities Management of IT projects throughout their entire implementation lifecycle. Planning, coordination, and monitoring of project schedules, budgets, and scope. Management of projects involving migration and implementation of IT systems and services. Coordination of project teams of over 10 people. Maintaining project documentation in accordance with current standards. Risk, change, and stakeholder communication management. Supervision of project goal achievement and enforcement of timely task completion. Collaboration with analytical, development, and business teams at all stages of project implementation. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in managing IT projects implemented throughout their entire lifecycle. Experience in managing projects related to migration and implementation of IT systems or services. Experience in managing at least two IT projects with a budget exceeding 1 million PLN gross each. Current project management certification, e.g., PRINCE2®, PMP® or Agile. Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Project. Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence. Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the requirements analysis process. Knowledge of IT system design and construction. Experience in maintaining formal project documentation. Experience in managing teams of over 10 people. Higher education. Very good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Independence, responsibility, ability to work under time pressure, and effective enforcement of task completion. Nice to have Knowledge of processes related to financing and servicing residency agreements for doctors. Knowledge regarding the organization of the State Medical Rescue and collaborating units within the system. Knowledge of the field of infertility treatment using assisted reproductive technology, including issues related to gamete and embryo donation.
