Production Manager / Project Manager – Built-to-Order Location: Opole Employment Type: Employment Contract Work Mode: On-site Industry: Single production / Short-run / Built-to-Order About the position We are looking for an individual who will combine production management with leading projects executed for individual customer orders. We are not just looking for a classic production manager. We are seeking someone who can take responsibility for order execution from the moment it is handed over to production until the finished product is delivered to the customer on time. If you have experience in managing single production, short runs, or Built-to-Order / Engineer-to-Order projects, can coordinate the work of various departments, and feel comfortable in an environment where every order can be different – we invite you to talk with us. Scope of Responsibility - Comprehensive management of production projects executed for individual orders, - Planning and coordinating the execution of production orders, - Oversight of the timeliness, quality, and costs of executed projects, - Coordinating cooperation between sales, design/technology, purchasing, production, logistics, and assembly, - Analyzing orders in terms of feasibility and execution methods, - Translating customer requirements into a specific production plan, - Preparing schedules and monitoring their execution, - Identifying risks and responding to delays, material shortages, and technological problems, - Continuously monitoring work progress, - Organizing and optimizing the work of the production team, - Cooperating with suppliers and subcontractors, - Quality control of execution, - Solving problems arising during project execution, - Reporting project status and key deviations, - Improving order execution processes and information flow between departments. What we expect? - Experience in production management, production projects, or individual order execution, - Experience in a single production, small-batch, or Built-to-Order / Engineer-to-Order environment, - Ability to plan and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, - Good knowledge of production processes, - Team management skills, - Focus on timeliness and goal achievement, - Quick problem-solving skills, - Independence and responsibility for the entrusted project, - Communication skills and ability to cooperate with people from different departments.
