Job description
Our client is a company operating in the bakery industry, expanding its scale of operations.
Production Manager (Bakery Sector)
Mazowieckie; Łódzkie; Podlaskie; Świętokrzyskie
- organization and supervision of current production (bread, confectionery, bakery gastronomy)
- team management, scheduling, and work distribution
- execution of production plans and performance control
- ensuring food quality, hygiene, and safety
- reducing losses, waste, and downtime
- cooperation with the technologist, quality control, warehouse, logistics, and maintenance departments
- implementation of production process improvements
REQUIREMENTS:
- experience in production management in a bakery plant, large confectionery, or convenience products
- ability to manage a production team
- knowledge of HACCP
- good organization, decisiveness, and problem-solving skills
- focus on results, quality, and cost efficiency
- practical approach and readiness for active work on the production floor
- readiness to work in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship and potential relocation - a necessary condition
