Your responsibilities

• We are currently recruiting for the position of Operations and Sales Manager.
• Management of 6-8 stores
• Motivating and organizing the work of subordinate teams
• Implementation of company strategy and sales targets
• Responsibility for achieved results
• Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction

Our requirements

• Experience in team management in the retail, service, or gastronomy industry
• Higher education, at least a Bachelor's degree
• Communicativeness, entrepreneurial spirit, and independence in action
• Focus on achieving sales targets
• Valid Category B driver's license
