Your responsibilities

• We are currently recruiting for the position of Operations and Sales Manager.
• Management of 6-8 stores
• Motivation and organization of subordinate teams' work
• Implementation of company strategy and sales goals
• Responsibility for achieved results
• Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction

Our requirements

• Experience in team management in the retail, service, or gastronomy sector
• Higher education, at least a bachelor's degree
• Communicativeness, entrepreneurship, and independence in action
• Focus on achieving sales goals
• Valid Category B driving license
