Non-Telco Products Department Head (k/m)

Job Description
- Creating and developing offers from the non-telco area (Vas), including streaming services, cybersecurity, device protection, and other dedicated services for home.
- Large creativity, ability to create customer journeys, design experiences, and look at products from a user's perspective.
- Interest in digital services, subscription-based services, and premium device ecosystems.
- Able to combine business, technical, and customer perspectives in the process of creating offers and services.
- Analyzing market trends - both in Poland and internationally - creating innovative ideas.
- Collaboration with global service providers and technology suppliers when implementing new solutions.
- Preparing product materials and inspiring presentations for internal teams.
- Mentorship support for sales, marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
Our Expectations
- Familiarity with the English language at a communicative level - allowing for daily cooperation with foreign service providers (e.g., streaming services and device ecosystems suppliers).
- Individuals with higher education - creative fields: marketing, psychology, sociology, service design, communication.
- Someone who can think strategically and creatively, designing customer experiences.
- Experience in creating user-oriented products/services will be a significant asset.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment, manage projects, and collaborate with various teams.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools supporting work (e.g., Copilot/ChatGPT).
- Proactivity, openness to new ideas, and willingness to learn.
