Your responsibilities

• Expansion of the supervised sales structure (4-15 people)
• Achieving the sales plan on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Conducting training sessions and workshops
• Developing attitudes, shaping people
• Supporting the team in achieving daily tasks

• Leadership attitude
• Personal sales experience and active client acquisition - you will teach others this
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Ethical conduct
• Ability to influence
• Valid Category B driving license
• No criminal record

Nice to have

• Experience in sales structures in the financial, RES, medical, etc. industries
