Your responsibilities

• Expansion of the subordinate sales structure (4-15 people)
• Achieving the sales plan on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Conducting training sessions and workshops
• Developing attitudes, shaping people
• Supporting the team in carrying out daily tasks

• Personal experience in sales and active client acquisition - you will teach this to others

• Valid driving license category B
• No criminal record
