Team Leader - Shift Leader

Location: Otwock

Your responsibilities

• Leading the shift as the on-duty manager
• Training, motivating, and developing colleagues
• Actively supporting the achievement of sales budget and operational indicators
• Ensuring the highest level of customer service (sales and after-sales)
• Working with the entire assortment, creating displays, and implementing promotional campaigns
• Participating in store management in accordance with Jula standards

• Ability to delegate and enforce tasks
• Experience in a similar position, including experience in leading a team
• Commitment, responsibility, efficiency
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Openness to change in a dynamic work environment
• Analytical skills and experience working with MS Office
