Store Manager

Location: Katowice

Your responsibilities

• You manage the team and oversee shifts so that work proceeds smoothly and in a good atmosphere
• You work on achieving sales goals – you have a real impact on the store's results
• You organize daily work – you plan tasks, delegate, and verify their efficient progress
• You ensure that the store always looks great and is appropriately stocked, with prices that are current and clear for customers

Our requirements

• Do you have experience managing even a small team in retail, gastronomy, or FMCG and can achieve results? If so, you'll fit right in!
• You efficiently organize the team's work and can communicate effectively with people
• You can cooperate
• A valid sanitary-epidemiological certificate will be welcome – if you don't have one, we will take care of the formalities together
