Your responsibilities

• Achieving set business goals
• Delegating and monitoring completed tasks
• Motivating employees
• Recruiting and onboarding new individuals
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures in the daily operation of the store
• Sales consulting and ensuring positive customer experiences
• Operating store equipment, including the cash register
• Receiving deliveries and managing complaint processes
• Maintaining product display and store tidiness

• Experience in a managerial position
• Ability to work with sales indicators
• Responsibility for entrusted tasks and duties
• Ease of quickly acquiring knowledge
• Ability to organize one's own work and the team's work
• Timeliness in task completion
• Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
• Openness to dynamics and changes in daily work
