Your responsibilities

• managing the team through recruitment, development, organization, and work planning
• implementing and maintaining current standards and procedures aimed at achieving sales plans
• ensuring the availability and display of goods in the sales area
• ensuring a high level of Customer service
• preparing the store for inventory
• financial settlement of the store
• maintaining store documentation

Our requirements

• min. secondary education
• min. 2 years of experience in retail
• experience in people management
• computer literacy
• no contraindications for physical work
