Your responsibilities

We are opening our fourth minimal step store and are looking for someone to take charge of it: sales, team, focus on results. We are looking for a partner who will manage this store as their own. If you have management experience and enjoy working with people – apply to us :)

Scope of cooperation:

- operational management of a brick-and-mortar store

- implementation and ongoing coordination of the sales team's work

- ensuring high quality of customer service and positive reviews (Google)

- receiving deliveries and controlling stock levels

- achieving agreed sales results

Our requirements

Who are we looking for?

- Someone with experience in managing a store or coordinating a sales team (mandatory requirement)

*Experience in customer service (retail, gastronomy, services, hospitality) will be an additional asset

- Someone who navigates freely through sales and inventory documentation

- Someone independent in organizing their own work and making decisions

*Interest in our products (barefoot shoes) is welcome.

The store is open from Monday to Saturday, and your task is to ensure its smooth operation, not necessarily by your own presence all the time.
