Your responsibilities

• responsibility for achieving set quantitative and qualitative goals, including reporting and ongoing monitoring, and implementing corrective actions,
• managing the store in accordance with company standards,
• control over current administrative duties (document flow, setting schedules, contact with the office, ensuring data accuracy in the billing program),
• managing a team of several people (delegating tasks, accounting, motivating, supporting, improving competencies),
• professional customer service, sales of the full range of T-Mobile products and services,
• building market advantage through after-sales service for T-Mobile network customers,
• 60% stationary sales, 40% telephone sales.

Our requirements

• experience in the industry, in a management position,
• strong orientation towards achieving results and a desire to achieve success,
• ability to work in a team and lead a team of several people,
• customer needs orientation and relationship building skills,
• self-confidence, flexibility in thinking, creativity, positive energy for action,
• knowledge of the MS Office package and Subiekt program will be an additional advantage.
