Your responsibilities

• Achieving sales targets: individual and team
• Active sales and promotion of offers and products in the telecommunications salon
• Comprehensive management of the sales team
• Planning and implementation of activities to improve the sales and quality performance of the branch
• Monitoring compliance with work standards and company procedures
• Organizing the administrative work of the salon

• You have experience in a sales/advisory role
• You are interested in new technologies
• You want to develop your career in direct sales structures
• You can act effectively and make important decisions under time pressure
• You have leadership skills
• You effectively build a team and a work atmosphere
• Experience with another mobile operator in a sales or management role will be an additional asset
