Your responsibilities

• Comprehensive management of the assigned sales store with energy, passion, and determination that inspire the team to action
• Building a stable team and developing employees
• Achieving set sales targets
• Working with products in accordance with company standards
• Ensuring the positive image of the store and maintaining high standards of service and quality
• Working with the team on the sales floor, focused on achieving goals, results, and effective sales actions
• Motivating the team and inspiring them to achieve the best results

• Knowledge of the retail industry and the ability to practically apply acquired knowledge

• A sense of aesthetics and ease in working with products and their presentation

What does our recruitment process look like?

1. Phone call with a manager

This is a short conversation during which we will confirm your interest in participating in the recruitment, present the position, and discuss the next stages of the recruitment process.

2. Recruitment meeting with a manager

This is the final stage of recruitment, conducted by the Store Manager or Regional Sales Manager, during which details of the position, expectations, working conditions, and your experience are discussed.

3. Feedback

After completing all stages, we will get back to you with feedback – regardless of the decision made. We want every interaction with LPP to be a positive experience, which is why you can always count on a clear and timely response (up to 2 weeks from the last stage).
