Site Manager / Site Manageress – Electrical Industry

Your responsibilities

• planning, organization, and control of electrical works execution,
• carrying out works according to the schedule and coordinating works with other trades,
• cooperation in the selection of subcontractors and suppliers and conducting negotiations with subcontractors,
• ongoing monitoring of the set budget,
• maintaining the construction log,
• support for the process of acquiring new contracts,
• jointly building a safety culture on contracts, i.e., work in accordance with OHS regulations.

Our requirements

• higher education in electrical engineering, electrical engineering, or power engineering,
• building licenses in the installation specialization in the field of electrical and power engineering networks, installations, and devices,
• min. 3 years of experience in a similar position in electrical works on infrastructure contracts,
• knowledge of building law regulations, OHS regulations,
• very good computer skills, including MS Office suite,
• ability to organize construction works, manage a team, organize one's own and others' work time, and subordinate equipment,
• high initiative and independence in planning and task execution,
• driving license cat. B.
