Manager of Professional and Project Customer Service Department

Your responsibilities

• execution of sales plans for project services and searching for solutions that translate into an increase in the number of transactions completed
• acquiring and establishing cooperation with new project and professional Clients, e.g.: developers, real estate agencies, and other institutions
• cooperation with all departments in the store and a dedicated team at headquarters
• responsibility for the implementation of innovative and modern services and products, e.g., RES (Renewable Energy Sources)
• building long-term relationships with clients and promoting the loyalty program
• ensuring a high standard of customer service, monitoring the effectiveness indicators of service standards, and searching for new solutions to improve them
• managing the subordinate team, development, motivation, and ensuring a good work atmosphere

Our requirements

• you like people, and your passion is trade and contact with clients
• you have experience in a managerial position related to sales and service delivery
• you can implement projects and connect processes in the area of trade and services
• you have experience in conducting negotiations
• you take responsibility and constantly look for new opportunities and improvements
• you have experience in acquiring and in long-term cooperation with B2B clients, professionals, and specialists
• you are characterized by enthusiasm and commitment to what you do, you set ambitious goals for yourself and involve colleagues in their achievement
• you can organize your own work and the work of others
