Construction Manager

Location: Warsaw

Your responsibilities

• Managing construction and supervising the quality and timeliness of executed works in accordance with project documentation and technical specifications,
• Organization and coordination of construction works in accordance with the approved schedule,
• Control of subcontractor work based on contract provisions, project documentation, schedule, and OHS regulations,
• Maintaining construction documentation and supervising the preparation of as-built and acceptance documentation,
• Coordination of subcontractors' activities from various industries and specialties,
• Close cooperation with the Contract Manager.

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Manager,
• Higher education in construction,
• Participation in the execution of at least one energy sector investment,
• Construction license for directing construction works without limitations in the structural-building specialty,
• Very good knowledge of construction law and technical standards,
• Experience in team coordination, schedule supervision, and cooperation with the investor and subcontractors,
• Driving license category B,
• Availability to work in central Poland.
