Preparation and submission of applications and official notifications. Organizing and supervising the work of your own forces and subcontractors. Cooperation with Investor representatives. Building commercial relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Performing measurements and cost estimates for the purpose of preparing tenders and contracts. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. Monitoring and controlling construction progress. Preparing and submitting reports on construction progress to the Investor. Maintaining records of construction works performed. Conducting inspections and audits of construction sites. Providing technical assistance and guidance to subcontractors. Participating in meetings and negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers. Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines. Managing and controlling construction costs. Preparing and submitting financial reports on construction projects. Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
