- Complex management of a reproductive farm
- Surveillance of production in accordance with applicable standards in the company
- Organization of work and leading a team of permanent and seasonal employees
- Control over the process and quality of production (breeding)
- Maintenance of full farm documentation
- Control over veterinary and zootechnical supervision
- Control over the operation of technical and technological equipment on the farm to ensure its full functionality
- Cooperation with other departments
