We are recruiting for

our Client, specializing in precision metal processing and production of components for the industrial sector.

Your responsibilities

• Defining directions for the development of CNC technologies and implementing a long-term technology strategy.
• Coordinating ongoing activities in the area of production technology and managing the technology department.
• Supervising technological processes related to CNC machining, including their correct course, quality, and efficiency.
• Optimizing production processes, analyzing their effectiveness, and initiating improvement actions.
• Coordinating the implementation of new products and technologies into production, considering timeliness and compliance with adopted technological assumptions.
• Implementing solutions in the field of process automation and activities related to the development of the machine park.
• Planning and supervising the budget of the technology department, including evaluating and recommending investments in new machines and technologies.
• Cooperating with other departments and suppliers of machines and technologies to improve processes.

Our requirements

• Higher technical education, preferably in mechanical engineering, production technology, or related fields.
• Experience in a managerial role in the area of CNC technology or production, covering processes such as shaft turning, gear hobbing, and related.
• Knowledge of machining processes and CNC technologies, including CAD/CAM software.
• Practical knowledge of tools and methods for optimizing production processes, including: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.
• Experience in team management.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the English language at a communicative level.
