Head of Sales Department (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• you manage a team of salespeople and supervise their daily work,
• you implement and enforce sales targets in the area under your supervision,
• you monitor team results and the effectiveness of sales activities,
• you support salespeople in the sales process, you participate in meetings and negotiations with key clients,
• you build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners,
• you analyze and report sales results,
• you monitor the market and trends in the heavy vehicle industry and track competitor activities,
• you ensure high quality of customer service and correctness of sales processes,
• you organize the team's work and ensure efficient task execution.

Our requirements

• you have experience in a managerial role in B2B sales,
• you have a good knowledge of the heavy vehicle market (essential condition),
• you have experience with renting heavy vehicles and trailers (this will be a big advantage),
• you can manage a team and enforce results,
• you have developed sales and negotiation skills,
• you know how to build relationships with business clients,
• you are characterized by good work organization and independence in action,
• you can communicate in English at an intermediate level,
• you are comfortable using the MS Office suite,
• you have a driving license category B (C/C+E are a plus),
• you are a university graduate.
