Tax Department Manager

Job offer description:

Your main tasks will be:

• Supporting employees (offices and halls) in tax-related matters, including helping to resolve client problems
• SUPPORTING SALES AND OPERATIONAL PROJECTS IN TERMS OF TAX COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN DIRECT TAXES
• Ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of tax calculations and declarations (CIT, PSD, VAT, WHT, PCC, CUK, ALK, IFT, TPR-C, WH-OSC and others)
• Implementing tax changes in a timely manner within your area of responsibility (procedures, systems)
• Verifying business agreements and promotional regulations from a tax perspective
• Participating in internal controls, preparing reports for the Group, and cooperating during tax audits by tax authorities
• Communicating with tax authorities, including during company and client audits
• Preparing documentation of transfer pricing according to regulations
• Purchasing legalization banderols according to hall requirements
• Processing sales of alcohol in cross-border transactions in the EMCS PL system
