Tax Department Manager (K/M)

Job offer description:

Your main tasks will be:

• Supporting employees (offices and halls) in tax-related matters, including helping to resolve client problems
• Supporting sales and operational projects from a tax compliance perspective (domestic sales and WDT)
• Ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of calculations and declarations for taxes such as CIT, PSD, VAT, WHT, PCC, CUK, ALK, IFT, TPR-C, WH-OSC, and others
• Implementing tax changes in areas of responsibility (procedures, systems) on a timely basis
• Verifying business agreements and promotional regulations from a tax perspective
• Participating in internal controls, preparing reports for the Group, and cooperating during tax audits by tax authorities
• Communicating with tax authorities, including during company and client audits
• Preparing documentation for transfer pricing according to regulations
• Purchasing legalization banderols according to hall requirements
• Evidencing processing of alcohol sales in international transactions in the EMCS PL system
