Head of Quality Supervision and Control Department – Chief Investor Supervision Inspector (M/F/D)

Your responsibilities

•managing a team of Supervision Inspectors and coordinating interdisciplinary supervision

•organizing the quality control system for all NOVDOM investments

•creating and developing the NOVDOM Investment Implementation Standard

•defining standards for the execution of apartments, common areas, garages, and outdoor parking spaces (PZT)

•creating checklists, acceptance standards, and quality gates at individual investment stages

•planning and conducting quality audits of construction sites

•supervising the control of key, disappearing, and concealed works

•identifying quality risks at the earliest possible stage of implementation

•implementing a system for registering, monitoring, and closing non-conformities

•analyzing the causes of recurring defects and initiating preventive actions

•analyzing acceptance and warranty defects and using this knowledge to improve standards for subsequent investments

•creating and developing quality KPIs for implemented investments

•preparing comparative quality results for individual construction sites

•providing objective quality data used in systems for evaluating and rewarding implementation teams

•reporting quality results, risks, and systemic problems to the Project Director and Management Board

Our requirements

•higher technical education – construction preferred

•appropriate construction permits

•several years of experience in implementing or supervising construction investments, preferably multi-family residential

•very good knowledge of construction and acceptance processes

•practical knowledge of construction work quality

•experience in cooperation with site managers, general contractors, and subcontractors

•ability to identify the causes of problems

•ability to create standards, checklists, and control procedures

•ability to work with data, KPIs, and measurable quality criteria

•ability to manage a team and enforce established standards

•independence, consistency, and a high sense of responsibility

Nice to have

• experience in building or implementing QA/QC systems, quality audits, creating ITP/inspection and testing plans, digitalization of acceptance processes, and using data from defects and warranties to improve the implementation process
