- Planning and supervising the implementation of inventory changes in accordance with standards and procedures, including coordinating work performed by various technical services.
- Superintending the proper operation of machines, angular conveyors, power supplies, and other devices on the relevant area.
- Leading the modernization of glassmaking machines to increase technological-production capabilities.
- Conducting a detailed analysis of unplanned machine stops and sections, and implementing preventive actions – preventing machine stops.
- Planning and managing department budget, optimizing costs of machine operation and spare parts.
- Tight cooperation with the production department and other company departments or external companies.
- Effective management of the subordinate team.
