Key Client Relations Development Manager - Public Sector

Job Description

  • Creating sales strategies and implementing them

  • BUILDING RELATIONS WITH NEW CLIENTS, AS WELL AS MAINTAINING RELATIONS WITH EXISTING ONES

  • Monitoring competitor activities

  • Monitoring the market in terms of announced tenders

  • Analyzing tender documents from the perspective of requirements necessary to submit an offer

  • Handling procurement platforms

  • Completing and preparing tender offers

  • Interpreting technical specifications and contractual provisions

  • Collaborating with supporting departments in the process of preparing offers

  • Ensuring proper document flow and internal communication

  • Professional experience on a similar position

  • PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE OF PUBLIC PROCUREMENT LAW

  • Higher education

  • Analytical thinking skills

  • Self-motivation and punctuality

  • Highly developed negotiation skills

  • A valid driving license category B
