Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Manager (m/f)

We are currently recruiting for one of our clients - a global e-commerce leader.

• Direct supervision of the inventory counting process in several warehouses.
• Team management.
• Analysis of inventory error trends to identify root causes and improve accuracy.
• Creating queries, compiling data, and generating inventory control reports in Excel.
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies in stock levels reported by various departments.
• Coordinating inventory movement to optimize product placement and storage efficiency.
• Auditing the utilization of storage locations and recommending consolidation opportunities, as well as co-creating and implementing consolidation plans.
• Setting parameters for counting and storage systems to ensure effective inventory management.
• Creating and updating counting plans, reports, and dashboards related to inventory.
• Submitting suggestions and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in the designated area.
  
  

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and team leadership.
• Higher education or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, advanced lookup and data combination functions).
• Willingness to work two shifts: 06:00–16:45 / 18:00–04:45. Schedule: Front Half: Sunday - Wednesday, Back Half: Wednesday - Saturday. Rotation every month.
• Communicative knowledge of English at a minimum B1 level.
