Occupational Health and Safety, Fire Protection, and Environmental Protection Manager (m/f)

Scope of Responsibilities

• Controlling work conditions in the scope of: occupational health and safety, compliance with labor protection regulations, fire protection regulations, and environmental protection regulations, as well as implementing plans to improve working conditions in accordance with legal requirements and corporate demands.
• Establishing and implementing programs for improving occupational health and safety and environmental protection results.
• Coordinating analyses of occupational health and safety incidents and environmental protection, as well as monitoring the implementation of planned actions.
• Analyzing and preparing risk assessment reports.
• Organizing research and measurements of factors harmful to health and workplace safety.
• Leading and organizing training sessions on occupational health and safety and environmental protection.
• Participating in determining circumstances and causes of accidents at work and occupational diseases, maintaining documentation and reporting in this scope.
• Responsibility for maintaining the existing safety management system in the plant.
• Preparing reports and documentation for state and local authorities, as well as representing the company before control bodies.
• Leading issues related to environmental protection, including at least waste management, emissions, preparing environmental reports/inquiries, and maintaining records.
• Buliding employee awareness in occupational health and safety and environmental protection.
