Construction Manager in the scope of lines / stations (k/m) Place of work: Lublin Your scope of responsibilities Your scope of responsibilities Supervision and coordination of construction works at the implementation of power transmission lines WN or power transmission stations WN, in accordance with documentation and schedule. Management of a team of contractors and subcontractors on the construction site. Planning, organization, and control of material deliveries and electrical equipment. Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety rules, quality of workmanship, and environmental protection principles. Coordination with other departments and stakeholders. Preparation and implementation of construction schedules and plans. Monitoring and reporting on project progress. Identification and mitigation of potential risks. Ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Providing technical guidance to contractors and subcontractors. Conducting site visits and inspections. Verifying compliance with quality standards and specifications. Maintaining accurate records and documentation. Coordinating with other departments and stakeholders.
