Construction Site Manager (M/F/X)

Your responsibilities

• Acting as Construction Site Manager within the meaning of the Building Law - managing the construction log and full investment documentation.
• Supervision over the execution of underground technological infrastructure of petrol stations, including tanks, technological pipelines, vapor recovery systems, separators, leak detection systems, seals, and drainage.
• Ensuring compliance of execution with the fire protection design and correct implementation of installations in explosion hazard zones (ATEX).
• Coordination of works of all trades carried out concurrently on the complex's facilities and management of inter-trade collisions.
• Quality control of works, compliance with design documentation, and adherence to Health and Safety and fire protection regulations by contractors and subcontractors.
• Supervision over deliveries of materials and equipment and verification of quality documentation (declarations, attestations, certificates).
• Preparation and execution of trade-specific acceptance inspections (UDT, PSP, Sanepid, utilities operators) and completion of documentation for the operating permit.
• Weekly reporting of work progress to the Project Manager in the Investment Department.

Our requirements

• Construction license without limitations for managing construction works in the structural-construction specialty.
• Current entry on the list of PIIB members with valid civil liability insurance.
• 10 years of experience as a construction site manager for commercial facilities.
• Knowledge of fire safety and explosion hazard zones in fuel facilities.
• Higher technical education (construction or related field) and knowledge of Building Law and acceptance procedures.
• Driving license category B.

Nice to have

• Experience with multifunctional complexes (petrol station + gastronomy + car wash + convenience store in one location).
• Proven experience with technologies for underground infrastructure and installations typical for petrol stations.
• Additional installation licenses (sanitary, electrical) or SEP licenses.
• Experience in constructions carried out in a package system, with separate contracting of trades.
• ATEX / explosion safety training.
• Knowledge of MS Project.
• Communicative English language.
