We are recruiting for ML Electric is a company with over 10 years of experience in the power industry, specializing in the design, construction, and modernization of 110, 220, and 400 kV power lines. As a general contractor, it collaborates with the largest energy operators in Poland, implementing projects of strategic importance for the country's energy security.

Your responsibilities

• Comprehensive management and supervision of power industry investments.
• Preparation and control of work and delivery schedules.
• Organization of work and management of the executive team.
• Control of project execution in terms of quality, timeliness, and budget.
• Coordination of subcontractors' work and cooperation with suppliers.
• Supervision of work execution in accordance with design and as-built documentation.
• Maintenance of construction documentation and participation in work acceptance.
• Settlement of subcontractors' work and cooperation with the finance team.
• Ongoing cooperation with Project Managers, the investor, and the supervision inspector.
• Participation in the preparation of cost estimates and offers.
• Making decisions and responding to unforeseen situations on the construction site.
• Enforcement of OHS standards, quality, and contractual arrangements.

Our requirements

• Higher technical education, preferably in construction or power engineering.
• Construction license without limitations in the installation specialty in the field of electrical and power engineering networks, installations, and devices.
• Current membership in the relevant Chamber of Construction Engineers and civil liability insurance.
• SEP qualification certificate – operation and supervision.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Manager or Construction Manager in the power industry (HV).
• Experience working with construction and as-built documentation.
• Ability to manage a team and coordinate subcontractors' work.
• Ability to create and control schedules and execution costs.
• Ability to conduct negotiations with the investor, supervision inspector, and subcontractors.
• Category B driving license.
• Willingness to work on business trips throughout Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience in preparing offers and conducting negotiations.
• Knowledge of modern technologies and materials used in power engineering.
• Experience in cost estimation and project settlement.
• Experience working on large infrastructure projects.
