Construction Manager (m/f)

Your responsibilities

• managing the construction site in accordance with construction knowledge and practices, building law, company procedures, and contract requirements,
• supervising the development of: the execution and financial schedule, the safety and health protection plan on site, the environmental management plan, and the work organization plan,
• providing data on cost and production plans, as well as annexes and potential sales adjustments,
• providing verified data for the financial schedule,
• coordinating executed works; accepting works and managing subcontractor settlements based on concluded agreements,
• selecting the optimal execution variant and agreeing on any alternative solutions with the investor,
• maintaining the construction log and technical, as-built, and quality documentation of the construction site,
• handing over the construction site for warranty service.

Our requirements

• technical higher education,
• construction and building license without limitations,
• minimum 5 years of experience in independent construction management on the General Contractor's side,
• in the last five years, experience in the implementation or reconstruction of public utility buildings (excluding halls) with a value of no less than PLN 50,000,000 gross,
• good knowledge of MS Project, MS Office, especially MS Excel,
• ability to make quick decisions and solve problems,
• negotiation skills.
