Shop Manager / Store Manager

Your responsibilities

• comprehensive management of store operations and organization of its daily functioning
• team management – work planning, motivating, and supporting employees in their development
• achievement of sales targets and ensuring high standards of customer service
• recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
• work schedule planning and effective management of the team's working time
• monitoring sales indicators and taking actions to support store development
• ensuring correct product display according to company standards
• responsibility for proper document flow, settlements, and adherence to applicable procedures
• cooperation with the District Manager and other company departments
• building the company's image

Our requirements

• experience in retail sales, preferably in a management position
• ability to effectively manage a team and develop employees' competencies
• developed sales skills and a goal-oriented approach
• ability to analyze KPIs, sales reports, and work with a budget
• attention to detail and ability to make data-driven decisions
• high level of customer orientation and focus on service quality
• good work organization, independence, and responsibility
• good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• basic knowledge of Health and Safety and Labor Law or willingness to acquire knowledge in this area
• ability to set priorities for your own work and the team's work

• you can build an engaged team and motivate others to action
• you enjoy working with people and focus on building positive customer experiences
