AI Strategy Consultant (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify AI potential – that's your entry point into every project.
• In workshops, you will develop concrete use cases and strategic roadmaps together with clients.
• You will accompany projects from the idea to the MVP – always with an eye on KPIs, ROI, and compliance.
• You will distill complex topics to their essence and prepare well-founded decisions for management.
• You will support sales, identify upselling potentials, and actively shape new business areas.

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a similar field.
• You bring several years of experience in strategy or technology consulting – ideally with a focus on AI and data-driven transformation.
• Current AI technologies and cloud platforms are not foreign territory to you, but part of your toolbox.
• You develop robust business cases and present your ideas convincingly – including to C-level executives.
• You moderate workshops confidently, navigate the stakeholder environment with ease, and communicate fluently in German and English.

Your Work Location

We live the "Digital First" approach, meaning your place of residence is secondary. You will support our innovative client projects nationwide and work on-site at the client's location, remotely from home, or at our headquarters in Weinheim.
