AI Power User - Focus Claude Cowork & Claude Code (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

• Implementation and administration of Claude Cowork for automating file and task management in daily business operations
• Development and maintenance of code projects with Claude Code (agent-based software development via command line)
• Conceptualization and implementation of AI-supported workflows for internal teams
• Integration of Claude tools into existing systems and processes
• Training and support of colleagues in handling AI tools
• Evaluation of new AI functions and models, as well as derivation of recommendations
• Prompt engineering and optimization of AI application cases within the company

Your Profile

• Fachliche Qualifikationen
• • Very good practical knowledge in Claude Cowork and Claude Code • Fundamentally understanding of the Anthropic Claude model palette (Claude Opus, Sonnet, Haiku) • Experience with the Anthropic API and prompt engineering • Experience with agent-based AI and automated workflows
