🎯 Your Mission

You make AI productive in our marketing – from content creation to automation and scaling processes that are still manual labor today.

• KI-gestützte Content-Produktion: You build workflows, with which we produce texts, images, and creatives faster and in better quality for us and our customers.
• Prompt- & Tool-Strategie: You develop reusable prompts, test new tools, and decide what really brings added value and what is just hype.
• Automatisierung: You connect tools (e.g. via Zapier or Make) and take recurring tasks away from the team.
• Wissenstransfer: You make the team fit in handling AI, through clear instructions, short training sessions, and best practices.
• Trend-Scouting: You keep an eye on the market, test new things early, and bring ideas in before they become standard.
• Mess- & Lernkultur: You check if AI workflows really save time or money

• You have a sense of what's good and what's not – and the ability to improve it.
• You think in processes: You recognize what can be automated, and implement it.

• You communicate clearly and can explain complex things simply.
• You speak German fluently, English is an advantage.
