We're looking for a (Senior) Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d) who masters Meta Ads and actively integrates KI tools, automations, and smart workflows into their daily work.

Aufgaben

• KI in Campaign Life: You create, control, and optimize Meta-Ads campaigns – data-driven, performance-oriented, and with AI support for analysis and copywriting.
• KI Tools as Superpower: You use KI tools like Claude, ChatGPT or Manus actively for text creation, creative briefings, campaign evaluations, and decision-making templates.
• KI Automation: You automate recurring processes with Make, Zapier or n8n – and think actively about where AI automation saves time and budget.
• Project Responsibility: You are the main point of contact for ongoing campaigns and coordinate as an interface between creation, key account, and recruiting.
• Funnel & Copy with KI: You take over funnel building and copywriting tasks – supported by AI-aided workflows.
• Reporting: You create regular campaign reports and make data-based decisions.
• KI Scouting: You actively monitor new KI developments in the marketing field and bring fresh approaches to the team.

Qualification

• KI Practice: You already work regularly with KI tools (Claude, Manus, Gemini etc.) – and know how to formulate prompts so that useful results come out.
• Meta Ads: Funded Meta-Ads knowledge and safe handling of the Meta Business Manager.
• Automation: First experiences with automation tools like Make, Zapier or n8n – or the clear willingness to quickly get started with KI's help.
• Background: Completed education or studies in the field of (Online-) Marketing or comparable qualifications.
• Soft Skills: Communicative, connected and willing to take responsibility.

Nice-To-Have:

• KI Agents: You have already worked with KI agents, e.g. OpenClaw, AutoGPT or similar agent-based systems.
• Prompt Engineering: You know prompt engineering as a concept and know how to systematically improve KI outputs.
• Copywriting: Experience in copywriting or creative creation for social ads.
