KI-Frontend Experience Engineer (Full-time) (m/w/d)

StudioPartner transforms how fitness studios communicate with their members. Our AI leads hundreds of conversations daily on WhatsApp & RCS – selling contracts, rescheduling appointments, answering questions, and strengthening customer loyalty. To help each studio unlock its full potential, we need you: someone who thinks modern frontends, understands user behavior, and is willing to dive into new topics independently. Without self-motivation, this role won't work – with it, you'll get a learning curve that will really take you further.

Tasks

• Development of clear, intuitive UI components for complex AI functions
• Designing user flows with a focus on speed, simplicity, and clarity
• Bringing in own UX concepts and rapid prototyping of initial prototypes
• Ongoing learning of new frontend patterns and tools – from personal initiative
• Tight collaboration with Product & Engineering to prepare AI for understanding
• Testing, feedback loops, and ongoing development of the frontend

Qualification

• Studies in a relevant field or strong project experience
• Very high self-motivation, independently learning new tools, libraries, and patterns
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
• Sense for user guidance and joy in clearly structured interfaces
• Structure, reliability, and enthusiasm for ownership
