We are looking for you starting immediately at one of our German locations in Munich, Nuremberg, Leipzig, Berlin, Essen, or Frankfurt am Main!

Your Tasks

Are Data and AI your home? Furthermore, your new challenge will be as follows:

• Responsibility for the technical integration of AI services into existing application and platform architectures, including interface and operational design
• Sketching architectural diagrams for Generative AI solutions and conceptualizing processes for deployment, monitoring, versioning, and maintenance of productive AI solutions
• Taking professional responsibility for the support and development of demonstrators for our Business Development, and their transition into stable, performant, and long-term operable production environments
• Taking on leadership or participation in projects with a focus on technical steering, with particular attention to quality assurance in the areas of Data Science and Prompt Engineering
• Establishing development standards, toolchains, and governance guidelines for the company-wide implementation of AI solutions
• Conceiving and implementing internal training to deepen knowledge within the team and promote continuous learning within the company
• Actively tracking current trends and developments in the field of Generative AI through continuous research and experimentation with new tools
• Active participation in relevant conferences and giving presentations to share acquired knowledge and to act as an expert and representative of the company
• Supporting the sales team in customer acquisition through convincing presentations (pitches) of technical solutions

Your Profile

Is Data also in your DNA? This is what you should bring:

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a scientific degree program
• Several years of experience in the independent technical conception of AI solutions in complex system landscapes
• Experience in developing Generative AI models and their application in real projects
• Very good knowledge of coding and software development (Python, object-oriented), with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) as well as in OpenAI API, Aleph Alpha API, and HuggingFace
• Ideally, experience in probabilistic modeling, Text Processing & NLP, Transformer architectures, Conversational AI, Stable Diffusion, Hardware Accelerators, Physical Computing as well as in the operation and fine-tuning of local (open-source) foundation models
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, as well as out-of-the-box thinking
• Experience in leading parallel development initiatives, including resource and quality control, is an advantage
• Fluent communication skills in German and English, as well as willingness to travel in the context of consulting activities
• High commitment to continuous learning and testing new tools and technologies
