Aufgaben

Your Tasks

• Konzeption, Erstellung und Optimierung von AI-supported Content for LinkedIn, Website, Ads, and Campaigns
• Development of performant Prompts and Content-Workflows (Text, Image, ggf. Video)
• Eigenständige Umsetzung von LinkedIn Ads Creatives (Hook, Copy, Visual Logic)
• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von scalable Content-and Performance Processes with AI
• Creation of SEO-optimized Landing Pages and Use Cases
• Analyse and Interpretation of Content based on Performance Data (e.g. CTR, Engagement)
• Identification and Testing of new AI Tools and Automations in Marketing
• Close Cooperation with Marketing and Management for Campaign Ideas

Qualifikation

We are looking for

• Ongoing studies in the field of Marketing, Graphic Design, AI, Media, or similar
• Demonstrable practical experience in Content Marketing (e.g. own projects, work student job, freelancing)
• Experience with AI Tools like Claude, Midjourney, Runway ai, or comparable tools
• Able to distinguish good from average content (especially in B2B/LinkedIn context)
• Creative flair for Hooks, Storytelling, and visual communication
• Basic understanding of Performance Marketing and KPIs (CTR, Conversion etc.)
• Structured, independent work style with high quality standards
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
